Hi my name is Garry Hughes and at 55, I qualified as a Personal Trainer. Fitness has always been an important aspect of my life, but never more so than now, as I have gotten older.I can't guarantee that you will be running marathons, climbing mount Everest or carrying a six pack of abs,but I can guarantee you a certain level of fitness to suit you and your particular situation. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. We are all different and unique and what may work for one person doesn't necessarily mean it will work for everyone, and that's why my plans are unique and specific for each client.
